Pull Pork – Sonny’s pull pork is smoked over special selection of wood for extended period of time for tender juicy result. Pork is then shredded by hand and topped with Sonny’s famous BBQ sauce. Pull chicken – whole chicken are smoked for at least 7 hours and then carefully shredded by hand and topped with Sonny’s famous BBQ sauce. Country style rib tips - are boneless meat seasoned with our special rub and smoked for at least for 7 – 8 hours. Then smoked meat is chopped in cubing pieces and finished with topping it with Sonny’s famous BBQ sauce. Ribs – are prepped with Sonny’s rub and then smoked for at least 8 our special selections wood are served with or without BBQ sauce your choice. 
Chicken – chicken is smoked for least 7 hours with special selection of wood for authentic campfire flavor, and then smothered with our famous BBQ sauce. Brisket – special selection of USDA beef is smothered with dry rub and smoked for extended period of time. Then sliced 1/8 thick slices and topped with Sonny’s famous BBQ sauce. Macaroni and cheese – is made with four blend of real cheese and baked like grandma use to do. Spaghetti – made with our homemade mushroom spaghetti sauce. BBQ Beans – four blends of beans with smoked meat chunks, spices and brown sugar are cooked on slow heat for extended time. Potato salad – homemade potato salad is perfect blend of mustard, spices, mayo, onion, celery, and vinegar.
